Technical Interview Preparation (October, 2013 - May 2014)
Background
TIP is dedicated to train and help Georgia Tech students for highly technical interviews through a series of inter-related workshops and mentorship program in several majors.
My Role
As a founder of TIP, I:
- Conceived and developed the idea based on the need of students at Georgia Tech.
- Helped in the chartering process and establishing the initial foundation of the organization.
- Interacted with several organizations, senior staff, professionals and students on campus to improve the vision and better understand the needs of student body.
- Recruited members and executive board to carry the vision forward.
- Developed the entire website and acted as the webmaster for recruitment and brand development.
- Currently acting as the student advisor to train the new executive board in their tasks and duties.
