I build and ship enterprise AI platforms at scale.

As Director & Group Lead, Agentic AI at Appian since February 2025, I currently lead 20 engineers and two managers. I led the teams that delivered Agent Studio from beta to general availability in Appian 25.4.

I build enterprise agents that combine generative AI with controlled workflows, guardrails, governance, and auditing. My work brings together manager development, architecture, and hands-on prototyping.

Previously, I led a 46-person SRE organization through five managers and cloud-platform work serving 1,200+ enterprise customers across 21 regions.

• Increased concurrent-agent capacity to at least 10x its prior level per Appian single-tenant instance, with 25x the original baseline demonstrated in testing and no observed degradation in accuracy or per-agent runtime across multi-turn runs. • Introduced parallel AI-assisted development workflows and coached teams on agentic tools; over one year my own group tripled its delivered feature scope, measured in developer-weeks of work and total team output.
• Led AI-assisted development rollout to 800 engineers in six months; personally built Terraform/AWS infrastructure and co-developed deployment controls.
• Rated "Exceptional" (top 15%) in the 2025 and H1 2026 review cycles. Appian Impact Award in December 2025 for cross-organizational AI adoption.
