A Database Design and Implementation in MySQL, JDBC and Java Graphics Libraries (Swing and Swingx)
Background
I worked on this team project with 4 other students in my CS 4400 Database Systems Design and Implementation class. We worked on this project for a duration of 10 weeks.
Summary
As a team we had to analyze, specify, design, implement, document and demonstrate an information system application to support a car rental system called Georgia Tech Car Rental (GTCR). We were required to use the Classical Methodology for Database Development. The system was implemented using a relational DBMS that supported standard SQL queries.
