As Director of Agentic AI at Appian, I led all teams that built Agent Studio — an enterprise AI Agents platform now used by many enterprise customers & largest beta program (+148 enterprise customers). I scaled AI-assisted development to 800 engineers in 6 months with measurable productivity gains for entire Appian. Before that, I led a 46-person SRE organization through a reliability turnaround and directed the cloud-native migration serving 1,200+ enterprise customers across 21 global regions.

Leadership Updates
2025-Present: I am the Director and Group Lead for Agentic AI at Appian. Led all teams that built and shipped Agent Studio — our enterprise AI Agents platform with MCP integration. Also led AI-assisted development rollout to 800+ engineers achieving measurable productivity gains.
2024: I was the Director and Group Lead for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), responsible for product security, performance, reliability, and availability. My group consisted of 5 teams, 5 managers, and 46 total members. Placed by CTO to lead reliability turnaround for top enterprise customers.
2022-2023: I was the Director and Group Software Development Lead for Cloud Services at Appian — responsible for all development of our cloud infrastructure. Led the migration from monolithic to Cloud Native architecture.
2020-2021: I was an Engineering Manager for a team of 12 engineers, and managed 6 direct reports.
Between 2018 to 2020, I was the Technical Lead for the Shared Infrastructure Squad at Appian Cloud responsible for Web Layer, monitoring, analytics, centralized logging, routing, etc.
